Today marks the entry closing date (see below). With no viable categories (min 4 entrants required) on the Sunday, the tournament has been reduced to a one day event, and will run on SATURDAY 23rd APRIL 2011 ONLY.
The Mens Over 45 event, which is close to viability, will be moved to the Saturday, and all current entrants will be contacted to ascertain whether they can attend on the Saturday. Refunds will be issued to those who cannot.
As stated below, no refunds will now be considered for all other existing entries.
Normally, with the closure of entries, the process of performing the draws and generating the schedules would begin. This will naturally be disrupted by additional entries, hence a late entry surcharge will now apply to cover that adminstrative burden, though such entries may still be made via the website as normal, as the viable and nearly-viable categories will remain open.

We return to this excellent racketlon facility for the fourth Hertfordshire Open. This two day event over the Easter Weekend is part of the British tour and points for rankings will be allocated as a regional event - Rating 1.0.

Step 1: Register on www.englishracketlon.org as a user (if you are already registered miss this step). This is your username and password for all englishracketlon.org events. Your registration is confirmed via an email link.

Step 2: Click on the tournament entry page and create a player profile. Again, this is a one off exercise. If already completed, skip this step.

Step 3: Click on the event (s) you wish to enter. Once finalised, pay via paypal by clicking onwards. If you wish to pay by cheque or BACS, please contact dominique at dominique.ford@englishracketlon.org

Facilites:
2 x Table Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Tennis Courts (indoor). In addition, outdoor Tennis Courts (Carpet & Acrylic) may be used

Refreshments:
There is a bar / cafe which serves meals, snacks and drinks throughout the day

Transport:
Car - From A1(M) Junction 9
Follow signs towards Letchworth Town Centre. At the second roundabout, turn left onto Baldock Road A505. Continue along A505, straight on at the traffic lights. Turn left onto Muddy Lane. The club is located on the left.

Nearest Railway Station: Letchworth (5 min taxi / 20 mins walk)

I understand that participating in this event is potentially hazardous, and that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur while I am traveling to or from the event, during the event, or while I am on the premises of the event.

I also am aware of and assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, effect of weather, traffic, and conditions of the road. I, for myself and my heirs and executors, hereby waive, release and forever discharge the event organizers, sponsors, promoters, englishracketlon.org and each of their agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and all other persons associated with the event, for all my liabilities, claims, actions, or damages that I may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in this event.

I understand that this waiver includes any claims, whether caused by negligence, the action or inaction of any of the above parties, or otherwise.

I understand that the entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in the time periods advertised and any pullout with due notice will be considered for a partial refund accounting for an administration charge. I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the above parties to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, website images, recordings or any other record of this event.
